23rd July 2025 - Declutter Your Space Free Your Mind
Hello, beautiful souls and welcome to today's takeaway. This is a really, really quick one, but I have to share it. I spent most of the day absolutely blitzing the upstairs of the house, organizing, cleaning. I even washed down walls. I mean, this is unheard of, and I took it really slow. There was no rushing about, there was no timeframe. I just kept seeing more and more bits that I wanted to do, and I just got on with them, had my headphones on. I listened to trainings. I listened to music. I played with the dog whilst I cleaned, took breaks regularly, ate food regularly. Really took the day to go at my pace. I was feeling called to inspired to. There was no, this has to be done kind of mode, but once it was done, I didn't do everything. I want to point this out as well.
(00:48)
I didn't make myself do everything. There was no to-do list that I had to check off. It's just like I let again, sly the way I was like, oh, I'm going to do that bit next. Oh yeah, that bit. Until I was super satisfied and tired from the work that I was doing, and sacral was no more in it. When I knew the energy was complete, the cleaning energy, the burst of inspiration was complete. And it was really funny because I do not generally like cleaning. I do it because I love the result of it. I love having a clean space, which is actually what I wanted to talk to you about, but I just want to say that this is really funny because it's not something genuinely that is work that I love. But today, it was work that I love. Sacral was like, we're going to clean.
(01:35)
That was it. And because it came from sacral, it was enjoyable. And the way that I approached it was enjoyable. And it wasn't a conscious effort. It was just like, this is what we are doing today. I love letting sacral lead my life. I love it. I love it. I love it. Everything gets done. That's the most beautiful thing. When we trust sacral, when we trust our type strategy and authority, we can perhaps think that the most important things in life won't get accomplished. I remember someone said to me, if I always followed my joy, I would never play with my children because I don't enjoy playing with them, or I'd never do this. And it's like if you followed your joy, you would find ways in which you interact with your family, how you enjoy, and you would find you might not get down and play with your children.
(02:22)
That might not be your sacral thing, and it might be, and on a particular day, you might find that sacral leads you to go wild and do cartwheels with them or play a game with them or whatever. But it also might not be, and that's okay. But you'll find this joyful way in which you connect to people, a joyful way in which you do things with people, things that you will experience with them that you wouldn't have known you'd experience with them if you just led with logical at the time or led from a place of force. And so this is just such a beautiful unfolding of something so simple in life, something so, so simple, but where just following your type strategy and authority means that everything gets done. It will all get done at the perfect divine timing. So other than that, which wasn't what this was about, what this was actually about was to say, after doing all of this cooked dinner, and then I came upstairs and I went to the bathroom and I said, oh my gosh, the bathroom is so inviting to take a bath in.
(03:18)
And then I came to the bedroom and I was like, oh my gosh, my bed looks so comfortable to relax in. And I felt so inspired and so creative and so free. And that clutter-free, clean, clear environment just changed my mood. It changed how I feel in the space. I feel safe, secure, able to fully relax. My mind doesn't feel so cluttered because I've decluttered the space. Seriously. Guys, blitz your home. Go and clean, even if it's just one space, one corner, especially the space. If you have a regular space that you go, that you work in, clean it. Gut it. Do the decluttering, because I swear it is the most exhilarating feeling, but it boosts your moods. Mood is great for your mental health. It feels great to have to know that you created this magnificent space that you get to spend your time in. But also, it just feels clearer in mind, clearer in body, just so much more relaxing, so much gentler in the nervous system. Like, please, this is my invitation to you. Go do some decluttering. Go clean. Go create a really nice space and home for yourself, whatever that means to you, so that you can rest, relax, and be creative in it. Delicious, I'm going to go enjoy it.
