Hello, beautiful souls and welcome to today's takeaway. So inside the academy recently, I released lots of new tools and resources to you, and it starts off with the inner compass. One of the videos that you'll find in there is the human design business sequence with a little of my own additions thrown in. The sequence comes from the human design business, which is owned by Shari Thompson, and it's part of the business certification that I did. If you haven't yet watched the training, I highly recommend that you go and watch the training, but here's why it's so important that you do so in order to create a sustainable, successful business that is both profitable and scalable, it's important that you recognize no matter what you've already created, if you do not have the bottom of that sequence, the foundations of that sequence, meaning your alignment, your soulmate client, your connection pieces in place, in a way that is aligned with your energetics, anything that you've got layered on top of that, meaning your offers, your funnels, all of the other stuff in your business will not work.

And so if you are wondering why you are not selling, why you are funnels aren't converting, why anything in the higher part of that sequence isn't working for you, it's likely not that you need to go and tweak your sales process yet. It's likely not that you need to go and tweak your offer process yet. It's that you need to go back to the foundations and make sure they're in alignment first, and then review your offers and your sales process and all of those things through the lens of your foundations, through the lens of alignment. You'll see that in the connection piece. We look at building your audience and making sure they're aligned, where you're going to connect with them, how you're going to nurture them, what leads you're going to give to them. As we get into the aligned business piece of the academy, you're going to see how all of this comes together.

But for now, what I really just want you to think about is, are my foundations truly in alignment with who I was designed to be? Am I deeply, deeply clear on my vision and mission for my business? And am I staying true to that? Am I grounded in my root center and building my business in alignment with that vision? Or am I bending and bowing and buckling because I just have to make a quick sale now? And the same with your soulmate client, am very clear on who it is I'm speaking to, what she's emotionally dealing with, what words they're using. Have I done a deep market research on this, or am I just plucking stuff out of the air? How well do I know my audience? Am I having conversations with them? Is my audience growing daily? We want to be measuring these KPIs at the foundation of the business sequence, because if we are not, nothing else is going to play out in the way that we hope it would.

All of that information that you gather and all of the visions, missions, and values and things that you set in that alignment phase will go on to influence the rest of your business. So it's so crucial that even if you think, oh, I know what my vision is, or I've done my soulmate client work, don't be afraid to return to it and just make sure, just go back to it. You don't have to redo it all, but go back to it and make sure that you've gathered enough information that you are very, very clear and very, very aligned with all of the work that you did previously. This is something that I go back to regularly, probably at least once a month, and I refer back to it often, even when I'm creating content and all of those things, because I know that the alignment with those pieces is so crucial to actually making sales at the other end.
