Hello, beautiful souls and welcome to today's contemplation. So I was just standing here thinking about what is it that I deeply appreciate about all of the different design types in a business context? Where do I believe their strengths are? Not what do we read about? Not what are we told all the time, but where do I really truly see the strengths of each design type through my own lens and through my own perspective. So I'm going to start with our manifesters, because I absolutely adore the manifesto for one thing specifically, which is their need to not rely on anyone's approval for the direction that they're going in. The manifesters are the trailblazers. They are our leaders, and their urge is so powerful and forceful if they follow it, that the impact that they can have through one aligned decision on let's say impact. But I mean, I guess I mean influence.

There's this impact and influence that comes when a manifester follows the urge and informs and initiates. And that ability to rally people on board. It's like they have the easiest time getting people behind a missional vision, whatever that is in their business, when they're just speaking from that defined, empowered throat center and following the urge. And so for me, that, I don't know, that just feels fun and exciting and it feels like incredibly freeing to know and to know that they're not waiting on anything, right? They don't have to wait. I guess that is one of the superpowers of the manifesto. Our generators like, holy crap, we have the warmest, widest auras. In fact, I'd say this for the Manny gens as well, but definitely the generators. The ORIC field is so far wide and expansive, and it brings this sense of nurturing. It comes from that real sacral fire, but also that sacral center is where that motherly nurturing part of us is.

Whether it be building a product or serving a client, that warmth is felt through everything we do. The passion, the care, the real desire to nurture the people that we work with. And I think this is such an incredible superpower for making people feel safe when they buy from you. It has a very trustable energy behind it, which I absolutely love. Now, our man gens, I mean, I think I've spoken about this a bazillion times. You guys can get shit done in such short amount of space of time. You get things done incredibly fast. I only wish that I could operate as fast as our manifesting generators, our projectors. Holy moly, you are really built for short working days. Some of us have always dreamed of not having to work so many hours, but literally, your ability to generate income actually depends on your willingness to take the space to rest and to learn. I mean, that seems like, I dunno, just an ideal in my world, but your superpower really comes from your self recognition. And I think that being able to take that time to reflect in on self and say, who am I? What skills do I bring to the table? How magical am I? And really to own that is part of your biggest process. But it gives you, when you get to a place of alignment with that, this air of confidence, this air of really powerful.

I know who I am and I believe in everything that I have to give to the world, and I feel really good about it. And you can take me or leave me because this is, it is such this powerhouse vibe, which is truly deeply magnetic. I have seen some really aligned projectors in business that I'm following at the moment. And then magnetism is next level when they're fully in their recognition. You have the power to show up once and magnetize thousands just by being in your place of recognition. And our reflectors, holy moly, our reflectors, who you know how to create the most magnetic of spaces, the most purest of beautiful environments. And obviously each of you as reflectors are going to have things that feel good to you, like environments that feel good to you, people that feel good to you, and it's all going to be different.

So you have this capacity to build really unique spaces that reflect what feels good in your body. So for example, a reflector who is generally feels really good when the energy is like light, laughter filled, quite comedic, is going to create really light, comedic, joyful spaces. The reflector who feels really good in spaces that make them feel like calm, grounded, maybe connected to source, is going to create those really connected spiritual spaces. And so I think that's one of your abilities is to create these containers that carry a different air, that carry a different uniqueness about them. So there's just some of the things that I've been reflecting on. I don't think I missed any of the design types. I think I got you all. But yeah, it was fun to do. It's fun to think about.
