11th of March - Building Your Resilience Intentionally
Hello, beautiful souls and welcome to today's takeaway. Yesterday was one of those kinds of days that started off in a way that could have derailed my entire day a few years ago. That absolutely would've been the case. I know that when things happened very early on in your day, it's very easy to let that energy stay with you and to hold onto it throughout the day. And I used to find myself not being able to come back into regulation, not even knowing that was a thing, just allowing that energy to carry me almost rather than riding a wave, being consumed by the wave. And when dramatic things happened, I'd probably turn to messaging friends and family and getting support, curl up in my bed, cry, stay there for the whole day, cancel client calls, not show up for myself, not show up in my business, and just kind of write the day off.

And it was detrimental to the sustainability of my business because I'd find myself going on these up and down cycles where if something was going on situationally externally to me, that it would disrupt my ability to show up, to work, to market, to generate leads, to make sales, and to deliver what I had promised to my clients. And this all came from not being able to nurture my physical vessel, to nurture my energetic vessel, to be able to regulate my nervous system, and to come back to my inner peer potent power. Fast forward to now. Yesterday was a very different experience, and yesterday felt like I was able to acknowledge what was going on, make space for it, make room for it, process it, but then ultimately choose how I wanted the rest of my day to pan out and set that kind of segment intending intention of like, okay, this has happened here.

We're going to leave that where it is. We're going to leave that in that part of the day, and we're going to move forward and decide how we want the rest of the day to go. And so I dropped in and I used my grounding practices and my meditations, and I used EFT tapping. I took some time to just rest and relax and process for myself, and then chose to get back into work from a place of enjoyment, from a place of impact, from a place of power. I brought all of my power back to me, and that didn't just help me continue to sharp my business. I didn't cancel any calls yesterday. I showed up for everything that I had planned. It was a super productive kind of work day or business day, but then also led into my evening where I was able to hold space for the family, be calm for the children.

We went to the park. We did really nice stuff together, and it was just a really beautiful experience and reflection to look back on having these tools at your capacity, everything that you have access to inside of the Limitless Mom Academy, all of the meditations, the hypnotherapy audio, the EFT, tapping scripts and trainings, all of the nervous system regulation support, all of the business support, all of the human design support that you have available to you aren't just tools for you to kind of gather knowledge on and say, yeah, I know about that. I've heard about those things. I've used those things in the past. They're actually tools for you to put into practice in your daily life to use to support you. And it's very easy to gather all of these techniques, all of this knowledge, and then think that we know it. And that's going to be enough.

Nothing changes. You won't increase your capacity to receive, you won't increase your resilience if you're not actually putting the tools into practice and into action. So this is really kind of one of those learning moments or those reflection moments of how much we grow and how much our capacity increases when we actually take the time to use our breath to take mini breaks. And I'm talking two to three minutes in between tasks or to-dos that you're doing in between action items or in the transition moments of your day just to help you reset and recalibrate. So make sure that you either go into the academy, get one of the tools that you know need right now, practice it, and then add it into your daily routine. Or take the tools that you already know you have at your disposal and ask yourself, am I actually creating awareness when I'm dysregulated or not grounded, or letting outside situations, circumstances affect me and then carrying them around with me. And then am I responding to that rather than just reacting or being consumed by it all? Am I responding to that and using things intentionally to help bring me back to my presence and power? That's what I want you to contemplate today.
