3rd March 2025 - The Vitality of Sleep
Hello, beautiful souls and welcome to today's takeaway. I just want to share with you how amazing sleep is. So last night I managed to get myself about 10 hours of sleep. Now that's probably excessive for most nights and not likely for most of us, but it was so needed. I had had a really emotional week the week before, and coming into the beginning of this week was a lot of family dynamic stuff going on and I was just not really getting enough rest and sleep. And even though I was still functioning, even though business is still running, even though the household is still running, I could feel myself not quite having full cognitive function and full vitality. Getting sleep last night and setting the children down a lot earlier than they would normally settle down. Lights out went like half eight and we are usually like 10 o'clock bodies, but lights out at half eight.

I didn't wait for my partner to come back from work before I set up my bedroom space, shut the door, did some wind down stuff for myself, had a chat with some friends, and then kind of wound myself down. And I was still struggling to go to sleep at about 10 o'clock, half 10, but just enabling myself to actually drift in and out of sleep as I was doing and be flat and prone and rested. I feel like a different human being today. So what can you do today to set yourself up with a better sleep routine, a better wind down practice? Go back to what you also know about your human design. So for our manifestors, you really want to build in time for yourself to switch off and regular rest into your day as well. Our projectors, naps, naps, naps. Make sure you use them throughout the day.

Do not be afraid to have a nap. And also to make sure specifically for our projectors and reflectors that you have sleeping time and sleeping space where you are just in your own auric field as much as humanly possible for our generators. You will sleep so much better when you have used your energy in alignment throughout the day. So make sure that you are following what lights you up throughout the day, following your sacral response and using your energy in full to completion. And then acknowledging when you actually find yourself feeling physically tired. So this isn't exhausted, it isn't drained, it's physically tired, and then allowing yourself to go to bed. Then don't skip that tired phase because you'll push past it. Really try and honor that as, and that's the same for our man gens as well. So our sacral beings, you really do need to use your energy fully and through, use your sacral energy fully and throughout the day. But then please don't skip that point where you feel yourself getting physically tired. Honor that as soon as humanly possible. So sleep, that's what it's all about today. How are you going to improve your sleep to make sure that you are getting enough and so that you can feel more human again too?
